1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Eligible items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
    • Include original tags and labels
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Non‑returnable items: Sale/clearance items, gift cards, hygiene products once unsealed, personalized/custom items (unless damaged).

2. How to Request a Return

  2. We’ll provide confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship item back within 3 days of approval. Return shipping is your responsibility—unless issue is due to our error.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection (within 2 business days).
  • If approved: refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For exchanges (same item/color/size) we process shipment at no additional cost if due to defect or our error; otherwise you may pay price difference and shipping.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items: you can request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are processed once original item is received and confirmed defective/damaged.
  • If your exchange involves a different item, price difference or shipping may apply.

5. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping. If we refund, it will be processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Once shipped, returns must follow process above.

6. Refund Method & Reimbursements

Refunds are processed via:

  • Credit/debit card refunds (3–10 business days depending on bank)
  • Bank transfers, mobile wallets (same or next business day)
  • Mobile wallet refunds may entail network processing delays

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
